Welcome to GraviTea Medicinal Teas! We’re committed to delivering your favorite teas quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. If you are outside our shipping zones, please contact our customer support for special requests.
 

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ensure quality and freshness.

• Orders placed after 7pm EST will begin processing on the next business day.

• During high-demand seasons, processing may take longer.
 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days of processing completion.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days of processing completion.

• International Shipping: TBD per order and delivery location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. We offer:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $250 within the United States.  For orders requesting Expedited Shipping, shipping rates still apply.

• Flat-rate and real-time carrier rates for other locations.
 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
 

Address Errors & Delivery Issues:

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
