At GraviTea Medicinal Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we generally do not accept returns if the seal is broken. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to work with you to find a solution.

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.

• Your order arrived damaged or defective.

If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds:

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

• If your package is lost in transit and cannot be located by the shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

• Opened or used tea products.

• Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.

• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
